Performance RIDE is a high intensity spin class with a more traditional structure that focuses on riding to specific RPM cadences in sprints, intervals, and climbs that will be sure to give your legs an incredible burn! During this 45-minute or 60-minute class you will be encouraged to push passed your comfort zone and discover your strength through tackling the challenge at hand. With the lights low and the music turned up, you will feel fully immersed in your cardio session and walk out of class feeling accomplished and proud.
