TRX stands for “Total Body Resistance Exercise” and was created in the Navy SEALs as a a way to stay in shape no matter where they were. The straps themselves are known as the “TRX Suspension Trainer” and is a highly portable piece of equipment that leverages gravity and your own body weight to build muscle. There are six basic body positions which allow for hundreds of variations for any skill level. In our TRX classes at RIDE Spin, Barre & TRX studio, you will spend 45 minutes with your instructor using your own body weight and gravity to challenge yourself through a wide array of engaging exercises to you build your core, strength, balance, agility and power all at once! You will achieve results and a new found strength like never before!
