Coleen has always been into working out. She says, "Kickboxing was always my thing. The more I workout, the better I feel. When I had kids back to back, I became an avid runner for some "me" time! Then I was introduced to spin two and a half years ago and never looked back. It was an hour I could escape from reality and get the ultimate workout in. I enjoyed it so much that I decided to get certified so I could share my love for the workout with others. I truly believe no matter what age you are Spin is the perfect workout to have fun and burn those calories."
