Katie is a ball of energy with a passion for fitness and helping others grow their self-love and resilience through exercise. She is a firm believer that a happy mind leads a happy life and shares this mindset with her students in each and every class. Katie teaches multiple formats and is certified in group cycling through AAAI, Barre Intensity, and is TRX Level 1 Qualified in suspension training. Her cycling style is a rhythmic approach that focuses on riding to the beat in the music while incorporating choreograph-based movements to give her riders a full body workout. In her TRX and Barre classes, she focuses on building endurance and strength while channeling positive thinking and encouragement.
Katie’s class is for all fitness levels in all shapes and sizes. She will challenge her students to push passed their physical and mental limits with one main goal: you walk out of her class feeling sweaty, happy, and stronger than when you walked in. In Katie's free time, you can find her snuggling her pup, spending time with her fiancé, friends and family, or scouring Spotify for new jams and remixes.
